John Rhee

A managing partner of a prominent private equity firm since 2003 with a strong passion for food, cuisine and automobiles. John has been angel investing in retail and restaurants since 2008, when he brought the Jersey Mikes Sandwich chain to the west coast with the two first locations in SoCal. His vast experience ranges from fast food, Casual and High end dining to nightlife venues such as the Strand House in Manhattan beach.

    John’s passion for automobiles led him to create Black Diamond Exotics a private 113,000sqft Auto Salon in Dubai UAE that caters to only the UAE royals. His most recent concept Lusso Auto Spa & Design located in Las Vegas Nv. is once again changing the way clients enhance, protect and care for their autos.


Diana Sin

Has over 5 years’ experience in residential & commercial design, and 12 years of hospitality design working for award winning firms in Las Vegas. She brings a passion for developing brands and turning them into reality. Her diverse portfolio includes Vegas powerhouse clients such as The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Caesar Entertainment and MGM Resorts. Where she has been responsible for the designs of guest-rooms, penthouse suites, public spaces, nightlife venues, executive offices, retail, foodie halls and restaurants.


Sun Kim

With over 12 years of professional experience in architectural industry, Sun has gained invaluable lessons not only in architectural design, but the importance of community impact through architecture. He has been fortunate to collaborate his work directly with top executives in the hospitality business in Las Vegas where he found his core values of designing architecture that lies wihtin the balance between what we "want" and "need" in the community. Sun has been involved in many different aspects of the design phase from conceptual design to construction administration in a wide range of practice areas, including residential, mixed-use, hospitality, government building, retail, and etertainment.


Justin Romero


With 16 years of experience in the Architectural and Product design industries, Justin has designed, developed and constructed some of Las Vegas’s most iconic attractions. His architectural and industrial design experience and skillset allows him to visualize design, development and construction with a unique approach. Justin has collaborated with Vegas elites and world wide brands to make their vision’s become a reality. His attention to detail and pride has given him the reputation of being the “Goto” guy for complex design or development projects in Las Vegas and abroad.





Executive Chef


For more than 15 years, Jeffrey has been involved in all aspects of cooking and hotel management.  Jeffrey joined the TAO® Group to facilitate the opening and operation of Beauty & Essex® at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas®.  Prior to that, Jeffrey worked at the Wynn Resorts® and Encore Hotel® in Las Vegas.  Through his unique experiences, Jeffrey has been exposed to various culinary settings, ranging from Quick Service to Fine Dining.

Jeffrey focuses his culinary practice in perfecting various cuisines while utilizing his knowledge and expertise in inventing unique dishes.  Jeffrey’s knowledge and attention to detail also allows him to manage Back Of House operations smoothly and efficiently.  Currently, Jeffrey is training to become certified in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition.
